Portable Cabin Delivery & Setup: What to Expect

We pride ourselves on making the delivery and setup of your tiny home as hassle-free as possible. From the moment we arrive, our goal is to have you set up and ready to move in within a few hours.

How Long Does it Take?

Generally, the entire process takes less than 2 hours on-site.

  1. Positioning: We reverse the cabin into the desired location.
  2. Leveling: We use heavy-duty jacks to level the cabin on concrete blocks (which we provide). This ensures the cabin is rock solid and doesn't bounce when you walk inside.
  3. Stabilizing: We secure the stabilizers.
  4. Access: We install the deck and stairs.

Site Access Requirements

Because our cabins are delivered as a towable unit (like a large caravan), we need clear access to your desired spot.

  • Width: We need a clearance of approx 3.0 meters width.
  • Height: Watch out for low-hanging branches, power lines, or eaves. We need approx 3.5 meters height clearance.
  • Ground: The ground should be relatively flat and firm. We cannot tow cabins through soft mud or extremely steep gradients.

Delivery Costs & Zones

We offer FREE delivery for long-term rentals in many of our primary service areas.

Our standard service area covers:

  • Sydney (North of Liverpool, East of Penrith)
  • Central Coast
  • Newcastle & Lake Macquarie
  • Hunter Region (East of Singleton)

Typically, delivery is valued at $950, so this is a significant saving for our clients. If you live outside these zones, please contact us for a custom quote.

Do I need to prepare the site?

We handle the leveling blocks. All you need to do is ensure the path is clear of obstacles (cars, bins, overhanging branches) and that the spot is accessible. If there is tall grass, mowing it beforehand is helpful.
