What Is ConditionIt?
ConditionIt is an inspection reporting app built specifically for property managers, landlords, and rental companies. It works by doing one simple video walkthrough and letting AI handle the rest. Each report covers:

How It Works
Once the cabin is positioned, leveled, and connected up, we walk through it with you using the ConditionIt app. Every room, fitting, appliance, and surface gets photographed.
You'll get a link to the completed ingoing report. Go through the photos and notes at your own pace, then sign digitally once you're happy with it. If we've missed anything, flag it before you sign.
When your lease ends and we collect the cabin, we run through the same process with an outgoing report. ConditionIt puts the two reports side by side so any differences are clear.
Both reports are used to work out fair wear and tear versus actual damage. With everything documented in photos, it's a straightforward process for everyone.
Getting a Copy
ConditionIt emails your report link directly to you. Keep it handy during your tenancy as a reference, especially if something gets damaged and you want to check it against the original.
