You can upgrade to an Incinolet electric incinerating toilet for an additional $25/week. It's 100% waterless and requires no plumbing or drainage.

Are payments weekly or monthly?

Rent is calculated and charged on a weekly basis, due in advance. Payments are made by direct bank transfer.
