What's included in a long term hire?
Every cabin includes air conditioning, a kitchenette, a full-size bathroom with shower, and hot water. Self-contained. You connect to your existing water supply and a waste point, and that's it. Our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup at the end.
Because our cabins are classified as caravans under the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing) 2021, you don't need a DA or council approval to place one on your property. Cabin delivered and set up in days, not months. Big difference.

Common reasons people hire long term in NSW
- Waiting on a house build. The Housing Industry Association reports build timelines have blown out by six months or more on average. A cabin on your own block costs less than a rental and keeps you close to what's happening.

How does pricing work?
Hire is billed weekly, minimum six months. You pay a refundable bond upfront plus a once-off delivery and pickup fee. No ongoing maintenance charges. We look after the cabin. Everything's set out in the rental agreement before you sign anything.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need council approval in NSW?
No. Under the NSW SEPP (Housing) 2021, caravan placement on residential land is Exempt Development. No DA needed. Check our full FAQs for specific council rules.
How long can I keep a caravan on my NSW property?
As long as you need it, provided it's used by the occupant(s) of the principal dwelling or their immediate family.
What is the minimum hire term?
Six months. Many clients stay for twelve to eighteen months.
